Hi there! I’m Charlene, The Dollhouse Collector!

I’m a 6th grade math teacher who loves to create engaging and challenging resources that involve hands-on learning and problem-solving in real world scenarios.

Most of my 18-year teaching career has been spent in 5th grade, where teaching math and science was my passion. When I struggled to find supplemental materials that provided enough rigor, support, and opportunities for my students to practice their skills, I decided to start creating my own.

In 2018, I opened my TPT store to share the resources I created with other upper elementary and middle school teachers who faced the same challenges. There you’ll find no prep math and science (and a sprinkling of ELA and geography) resources that you can use in your 4th, 5th, or 6th grade classroom.

And in case you were wondering…my name, Teaching With The Dollhouse Collector, comes from my other passion - collecting vintage European dollhouses and miniatures from the 1960s and 1970s.
